Title Clean Water Act
Section 106 Program
Beginning on June 1, 1988, the CWA 106 program is a project aimed to collect deficient water quality data along with a data management system to protect present and future water uses from further degradation. A baseline of data was collected at sixteen designated sites across the Reservation along the seven major drainages. Since that time an additional sixteen sites have been added for three special projects.
